Can we stop talking like the Republican Party is full of well-meaning conservatives who, gosh darn it, just don’t know what to do? Can we stop acting like they just don’t know how to win?
They can’t get the right words out to defend conservatives and their constituents. They just don’t know how to defeat those clever rascals like Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer. Republicans are just like Wile E. Coyote who can’t seem to ever outsmart or win against those pesky Democrats.
I’ve been saying this for 30 years, and I’ll say it one more time:
The Republican Party is not interested. They’re not conservatives. They’re not trying to win the battle for America. They don’t care. It’s not why they’re there. They don’t represent conservatives. They don’t even represent Americans.
Every election cycle, they say the right words to make it sound like they’re disgusted by Democrats and fighting so hard for conservatives, but then once elected, they just can’t seem to figure out how to be effective.
The Republican Party establishment is doing exactly what they intend to do and are actually quite successful, thank you. They’re there to hold power and enrich themselves and their friends. That’s it.
They say what they need to say to get elected because they understand what conservatives want to hear, but once in office, that part of the act is done. Sure, when something happens in the news cycle that needs a semi-conservative sound bite, they may show up at a microphone or two. But otherwise, they’re doing exactly what they intend to do.
For years, I’ve watched and listened to frustrated conservatives who just couldn’t figure out why the Party was so ineffective. Some thought they were cowards while others thought they just didn’t know how to fight and win.
It’s neither. They know exactly how to win – for themselves. And they’re doing it. At our expense.
Even more amazing that they’re as successful as they are consider both conservatives and Democrats hate them. Has there ever been a more successful political party who was universally despised by the opposition and their own side?
Donald Trump gave us many gifts, though I’m not sure we were willing to open all of them. But one we appeared to have opened is finally exposing, once and for all, who and what the party really is. You can tell because many conservative activists are making no bones about challenging and threatening the establishment.
Better late than never, I guess.
I don’t mean to sound like a know-it-all. I’m thrilled we finally got here, and I’m dying to help.
Even if we can successfully overwhelm the current Republican Establishment, there will still be a lot of work to do. The brand is beyond wrecked, and they have the worst marketing department in the history of marketing for one of the best products ever created – freedom and liberty.
Now that we’re finally figuring out who these people are, we’re taking the appropriate steps to weed them out and hand them to the Democrat Party, where they belong. The next steps are going to be very reliant on effective marketing.
And I’m happy to help.
